Our settlement check for the house came today. Whew! It's $10,623.65. Outstanding bills (outside of typical utility and rent)? $9,858.65.

Difference = +$765.00

Whew. But, it's over. So that's good.

(Hmmm...how much fencing will $765 buy?)
